You have worked hard to create that beautiful quilt top! My quilting services are extremely affordable at only 2 cents per square inch and free return shipping within the United States! I provide 80/20 batting and coordinating thread at no extra charge.

Steps to purchase: 
 

• Print the Quilt Preparation Checklist form. This form provides detailed information for you to prepare your quilt top, batting and fabric backing for shipping.
   

• ​Print and return the Consultation form with your quilt. If you cannot print, please send a note with your quilt that includes the requested information, including your contact information and any special instructions.
   

• My pantograph pattern selection can be found on this page.
   

• Contact me at ketoquiltermelissa@gmail.com to confirm the order and arrange payment.
   

• Ship the completed consultation form, quilt top and backing fabric to Melissa Struttmann, 4800 W Munson Rd, Skiatook, OK 74070. For your protection against theft, I do not recommend using the label “Quilt” anywhere on your package. Local? Contact me to arrange drop-off.

Once your quilt is received, I will contact you and let you know that it has arrived. I will verify the details of your order, including the quilt design selection and thread color.

 

Now it is time to turn your quilt top into a beautiful quilt! You only need to send me the completed consultation form, your quilt top and backing fabric. I will provide 80/20 batting and thread.
